Based in Chicago, Illinois, Blujazz Productions was created to address the needs and concerns of independent jazz artists.

We provide our artists with record distribution, promotion, and facilitation of booking and touring.

Our services can be contracted either as a complete package or "Ala Carte". We assure artist ownership of music, publishing, and royalties. Artist involvement is integral to all decisions regarding product and career.

Over the years, our artists have achieved critical recognition by mainstream jazz and college radio, major jazz publications, and festivals around the world.

We are dedicated to keeping the Jazz community alive and viable.

"Spirits" features Breiwick on trumpet along with tenor saxophonist Tony Barba, bassist Tim Ipsen, and drummer Andrew Green. The recording marks Breiwick's third album as a leader and his first release on record label BluJazz (Chicago).
